Production Process
- This type of sugar is made by organically cultivated or grown sugarcane means organic vermicomposting fertilizer with proper fermented mixture of Gir cow dung, cow urine, pulse flour, jaggery etc.
- Gir cow urine is used as organic pesticides which is best for human health.
- Firstly sugarcane is cut after its proper mature growth with checking of proper brix measurement.
- Then it passes through juice extraction machine, after that juice is used for further process of making sugar.
- Juice is cleaned by a process that uses natural phosphoric acid and phosphate salts instead of sulphur.
- Next, it is keep into an open stainless steel pan & stir in specific time interval to form crystallization process in the juice.
- After the appropriate crystallization process is done, it passes through centrifugal machine with forced operation to obtain sugar.
Next sugar is melted & then molasses is add & do further process to form dark color brown sugar.
