Process of Producing Organic Cane Jaggery –
- This type of jaggery made by organically cultivated or grown sugarcane means organic vermicomposting fertilizer with proper fermented mixture of Gir cow dung, cow urine, pulse flour, jaggery etc.
- Gir cow urine is used as organic pesticides which is best for human health.
- All above methods are best for improve field soil texture also.
- Firstly sugarcane is cut after its mature growth with checking of proper brix measurement.
- Then it passes through juice extraction machine, after that juice is used for further process of making jaggery.
- In this juice, at certain temperature okra powder or okra plant stems water is used to remove all scum & unwanted particles from juice.
- After that lime is used to maintain natural PH level of juice which helps to maintain durability of jaggery.
- All these process are used to get pure & best quality jaggery for human consumption.
