Traditional Bilona Process Steps-
- First all Desi Gir Cow calves are released to drink milk before the milking process.

Then milking process of remaining A2 milk is started between 3am-5am (Bramha Muhurat) & stored this fresh A2 milk into SS304 grade utensils.

Immediately after that processes fresh A2 milk to make curd.

The next day between 3am-5am (Bramha Muhurat) properly prepared fresh curd is transferred to an earthen pot, it is stirred using a wooden Blender & curd is converted into buttermilk & floating butter formed on top is removed into SS304 grade utensils in hygienic way,

The collected fresh butter is then transferred to a SS304 grade Utensils between 3am-5am (Bramha Muhurat) & it melted by applying heat using a new oil heating technology to avoid excess heat & by maintaining uniform heat from all sides of the pan, it helps in maintaining the natural flavor & grainy texture of the ghee.
- In the final process the fresh ghee is filtered using a very fine micron gap cotton filter to remove finest foreign particles from the ghee.
