Process of Producing Chemical Free Processed (Natural Processed) Cane Jaggery –

• This type of jaggery made by regularly cultivated or grown sugarcane.
• Firstly sugarcane is cut after its mature growth with checking of proper brix measurement.
• Then it passes through juice extraction machine, after that juice is used for further process of making jaggery.
• In this juice, at certain temperature okra powder or okra plant stems water is used to remove all scum & unwanted particles from juice.
• After that lime is used to maintain natural PH level of juice which helps to maintain durability of jaggery.
• All these process are used to get pure & best quality jaggery for human consumption.
